Yao Sanshi, formerly known as Yao Lei, was born in Zaozhuang, Shandong in the early 1970s, with a postgraduate degree from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee and a member of the Chinese Kuomintang Revolutionary Party. He is the former deputy secretary-general (executive director) of the China Mass Culture Society, the president of the Zhongshan Calligraphy and Painting Institute of Zaozhuang of the Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee, the vice chairman of the CppcC Xuecheng District, the chairman of the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, and is currently a senior registered teacher of the China Calligraphers Association, a member of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee of the China Yuelian Society, a member of the Chinese Poetry Society, a member of the Chinese Arts and Crafts Association, a member of the China Collectors Association, a member of the Shandong Provincial Artists Association, a member of the Provincial Calligraphers Association, a member of the Provincial Photographers Association, a member of the Zaozhuang Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature, and a member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce. He studied at the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee and the Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts. He is the author of more than 10 books in "Yao Sanshi Poetry and Painting Collection".
