Recently, the New Year of the Tiger Drama Concert with the theme of "Blowing the Horn of the Times Forward" was held in Shantou. The concert was hosted by Guangdong Dramatists Association and Guangdong Chaoju Development and Reform Foundation, and co-organized by Guangdong Chao Theatre, Shantou Culture and Art School, Jieyang Radio and Television Station, and Chaozhou Radio and Television Station.

It is understood that as one of the concert organizers, the Guangdong Chao opera development and reform foundation actively promotes the cultivation of drama talents, subsidizes the Shantou Culture and Art School to open the "Chao Opera Performance Talent Advanced Training Class" and jointly opens the first undergraduate class in the history of Chao Opera with the Shanghai Theater Academy - "Xiqu Performance (Gao Qiben) Academic Class". In addition, he sponsored a group of trainees to go to the Central Academy of Drama and the Shanghai Theater Academy for further study, and funded the Shantou Culture and Art School to create the Chao Chao drama "Peach Blossom Fan", and participated in the 7th China Campus Drama Festival and won the Outstanding Repertoire Award.
