Since then, these two cases have been called the "Kaili two cases", because there are too few clues, it has not been able to solve, during which the Ministry of Public Security specially invited a Famous Chinese detective Li Changyu from overseas, and failed to find useful clues.

On February 11, 2018, when the sensational "Kaili Two Cases" were tried in the Qiandongnan Prefecture Intermediate Court, Huang Dekun, who appeared in the defendant's seat, gave people the deepest impression that he was full of "official manners", spoke very methodically, and asked him anything to say a "first point", "second point" and "third point", which seemed quite logical, as if he was not interrogated in the defendant's seat, but made a report to the audience at the trial site.
What is less well known is that Huang Dekun, along with co-defendant Pan Kaiping and the victim's police station An Kun, were classmates and playmates when they were teenagers, but although they were the children of workers of Kaili Automobile Transport Company (referred to as "Kaiyun"), the family situation was very different.
Kaiyun is a company responsible for the long-distance transportation of timber and passengers, and is also the largest state-owned enterprise in Kaili, with tens of thousands of employees.
Huang Dekun's family has four sons and a daughter, Huang Dekun is the fourth oldest, there are two older brothers, an older sister, and a younger brother below, his father often goes out for a long distance, does not care much about his children, often abuses his wife after returning home, and once even beat his wife to concussion hospitalization.
Perhaps when he was a child, he saw more of his father's violent behavior, and Huang Dekun's personality coexisted with silence and fierceness.
According to the recollection of his classmates, Huang Dekun grew up with average academic performance, a lonely personality, good courage and fierceness in his bones, not only taught himself Southern Fist, but also worshiped a martial arts master as a master in the local area, in school, ordinary people did not dare to provoke him, he always had a bit of anger on his face, heavy hands, and particularly strong strength, "Either don't move, move your hands to the other side absolutely lie down." ”
And Pan Kaiping has a sister and a sister, his parents died when he was a teenager, and the house in the family was later sold by his stepmother, for him, Huang Dekun, who often helped him fight, was the most trustworthy person.

Although he could not study or work, Huang Dekun was flexible in mind and good at business, and after being expelled, he set up a video hall, a bowling alley, and an popsicle factory in the city, and soon expanded his business to the city center, using the money he earned to open a "LemanLe Song and Dance Hall".

It was this gun that attracted Huang Dekun's attention, and a few months later, An Kun died at the hands of two "old classmates", according to Huang Dekun and Pan Kaiping's later confessions, they killed An Kun in order to take away his gun to rob the bank, and they knew that the director of a police station was not easy to deal with, and they also found a vacant land to practice several times.

After An Kun was killed, the case was a sensation, Kaili City was very strict, and the bank and other key units were even more strictly investigated, and Huang Dekun, who was eager to grab a sum of money to get rid of debts, felt that it was too difficult to rob the bank's money truck, and he began to look for new targets.
Huang Dekun once targeted the robbery as a gold shop, and just as he and Pan Kaiping went to step on the spot, Huang Dekun looked up and saw a newly built bank building across the road from the gold shop, so he changed his plan.

After the head of the authorities, he became easy-going and polite on the surface, doing things cautiously, planning strictly, full of reasoning, but secretly amassing wealth and building a luxury villa with bribes.

In fact, although Huang Dekun, who has been carrying five lives, has been living with a mask for a long time, he is uneasy in his heart, and he knows that things will be exposed one day.
Huang Dekun and his wife Zhu Mou have an adult daughter, in order to have a son, he outsourced a lover and gave birth to an illegitimate child.
In August 2015, Huang Dekun was transferred to the deputy director of the Kaili Demolition and Resettlement Guidance Office, responsible for the transformation of shantytowns. Since 2013, the mainland public security department has begun the collection of fingerprint information for ID card registration, and in 2019, it has carried out the collection of national ID card registration fingerprint information through technological upgrading, so that all social card units can quickly and accurately compare and identify fingerprints.
Therefore, even if Huang Dekun does not reveal his identity in 2016, it will be sooner or later that the murderer is caught.
