International Online Report: Recently, one of the series of celebrations of the "Happy Spring Festival" of the Chinese Embassy in Belgium, "Spring Festival in my heart", was held at the Chinese Cultural Center in Brussels.

More than 30 teachers, students and parents from the Longlong Chinese Class in Ghent, Belgium, visited the "Exhibition of Hand-Painted Postcards selected by Chinese Children" and the "Exhibition of Cooperation Achievements on the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and Belgium". Under the guidance of the teacher, the children used their paintbrushes to draw their own postcards of the Year of the Tiger, learned to write blessing characters, cut window flowers, learned about the traditional cultural customs and interesting stories of the Chinese New Year such as the Zodiac, and experienced a Chinese New Year in the "Heart of Europe".

On the day of the event, the red lanterns of the Chinese Cultural Center in Brussels hung high, and everywhere was full of joy, full of a strong Spring Festival atmosphere and a long-lost lively scene. This is the first time since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic that an offline large-scale event has been held.

Liu Hongge, Cultural Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Belgium, said that the works created by China and Belgium are a unique way for children to express their beautiful dreams with innocence and explore the Chinese Spring Festival culture with wisdom.

It is reported that the "Spring Festival of the Year of the Tiger in My Heart" is sponsored by the Chinese Embassy in Belgium, and hosted by the Chinese Cultural Center in Brussels and the Belgian Vitamin Culture Media.
