On the evening of January 22, Bank of China Singapore Branch, together with the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre and Singapore Dingyi Troupe, successfully held the "Celebrating the 110th Anniversary of Bank of China and the 2022 Chinese New Year Concert".
At the concert, the artists presented a number of Chinese and New Zealand classics, including "Happy New Year" and "Beautiful Scenery" full of the festive atmosphere of the New Year. Singaporean percussionists Lau Fung Wah and Zhang Jiachang performed a new work specially created for this concert, "Tiger Tiger Shengwei". Singaporean male Chinese pop singer Ho Wai Kin sang many classic songs such as "New Year". The concert finale used beautiful and energetic Chinese music to cheer up all sectors of society struggling under the epidemic.
Chinese Ambassador to Singapore Hong Xiaoyong, Singapore Business China Chairman Li Yixian, Bank of China Singapore Branch President Cheng Jun, Singapore Chinese Culture Centre Director Xiao Jianghua, Chinese Embassy of the People's Republic of China Cultural Counsellor Qin Wen, Singapore Ding Art Troupe Board Chairman Wu Yixian, as well as nearly 100 guests from relevant government agencies, business associations and all sectors of society attended the ceremony.
