Faraday Future Survey Results Announced: The FF91 will never sell a single one

According to Faraday Future's report to the U.S. SEC, the Special Commission's investigation has been completed.

The Special Committee did find certain inconsistencies in the statements issued to investors, certain weaknesses in corporate controls and culture.

In addition, other substantive allegations of inaccurate disclosures assessed by the Special Committee, including those in the reports of short sellers, were not supported by the evidence reviewed.

Among the remedies announced together are that Brian Krolicki will step down as chairman, chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and become a member of the Board's Audit and Compensation Committee;

Appointing Independent Director Susan Swenson to the newly created position of Executive Chairman and stepping down from the Board Audit and Compensation Committee;

CEO Carsten Breitfeld and founder and chief product officer Jia Yueting will report directly to Svensson that their annual base salary will be reduced by 25 percent.

It is reported that in October last year, J Capital Research, a short-selling agency in the United States, released a report calling Faraday Future an "emerging electric car scam" that will never sell a car.

Then the U.S. law firm Block & Leviton said that Jia Yueting's Faraday Future may have violated U.S. securities laws and regulations, and filed a class action lawsuit calling on investors who suffered losses from trading the company's shares to join the lawsuit.

Returning to the car itself, Jia Yueting has repeatedly stressed that the FF91 will be delivered on time, with high quality and invincible products in July this year, and Faraday Future's latest update weibo shows that it is chartering a boat to arrive at the Hanford plant.
