Inside the Intangible Cultural Heritage Comprehensive Learning Center (Regong Culture), dozens of practitioners sat at their tables, holding bamboo pens dipped in gold or silver juice to copy scriptures on special Tibetan paper, while on the other side, several trainees sat cross-legged and began to draw thangkas on the written golden books.

The center is located in the "Sanjiangyuan" Industrial Park in Jianzha County, Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai, and is based on the model of company + base + farmer and herdsman to drive people's employment.

Peng Heri, 28, is an outstanding student at the Center. "It's been seven years since I've been here. Writing scriptures in gold juice is a traditional Tibetan culture, but it is still difficult to copy scriptures on special Tibetan paper. According to the size of the paper, we set the size of the Tibetan script, and the teacher will teach us one stroke and one drawing until we can copy the scriptures independently. For this job at the doorstep of his home, Peng Heri is very satisfied, he can get a salary of more than 4,000 yuan per month, and the more he copies the scriptures, the more his salary will increase accordingly, which will also be a craft for him to go to society.

Like Peng Heri, the center has 53 trainees who have studied and worked for a long time, the oldest student is nearly 60 years old, including 3 students with disabilities. In recent years, the center has trained more than 300 gold juice writers inside and outside Qinghai Province, including eight villages in Jianzhatan Township, Tsozhou Township, Cambra Township and other farmers and herdsmen in Jianzha County.

"The establishment of the base is in addition to inheriting and protecting the excellent traditional culture of the Tibetan people, so that everyone can master a skill." In addition to the local herders to study, there are other state and county trainees who come here to study. Cai Ren Dorje, the relevant person in charge of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Comprehensive Learning Center, said that the students have completed more than 3,000 golden books of various sizes, some of which are collected by monasteries and collectors. At present, it has established business relations with Tibet, Yunnan, Sichuan and other places.

The Intangible Cultural Heritage Comprehensive Learning Center (Regong Culture) is just a microcosm of the industrial development of the "Sanjiangyuan" industrial park in Jianzha County.
