"Most of the green embroidery workshops are in the countryside and use the form of orders. Su Xiaoli, the representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage Turkish embroidery, is the president of the Qinghai Embroidery Industry Association, because of her love of embroidery, she established an embroidery company in 2015, and then with the help of the local government, built the company's first "green embroidery" workshop, and carried out free technical training, attracting a group of post-80s and post-90s girls to return to their hometowns to study.

Su Xiaoli said that at present, 9 members of the "Green Embroidery" Association have been hired as "think tank experts" in the art department of Qinghai University to give special lectures on intangible cultural heritage for college students; representative inheritors of embroidery intangible cultural heritage projects have opened embroidery classes through online live broadcasts; Sulonggu Embroidery Company and domestic and foreign designers have jointly produced "green embroidery" national tide clothing.
