According to Marc J. Spears, sources revealed that Hornets forward Hayward has lifted his health and safety agreement, but he did not travel with the team to Boston, and he will miss tomorrow's (8:30) game against the Celtics.
Hayward will reportedly stay in Charlotte for training to regain fitness.
Hayward triggered the health and safety agreement on Jan. 27. Hayward has played in 45 games for the Hornets so far this season, averaging 17 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.0 steals and 0.5 blocks per game, shooting 47.1% from the field and 39.7% from three-point range.
