Xu Hejian, director of the 2022 Beijing News Center, introduced that since the 2022 Beijing News Center first released the news on November 29, 2021, it has received widespread attention and strong support from all walks of life and news media. According to statistics, a total of 432 1770 Chinese and foreign journalists have been successfully registered, including 1251 people in 279 domestic media, 453 people in 130 foreign media, and 23 hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan media with 66 people, becoming the non-registered journalist news center with the widest coverage of participating journalists in the Winter Olympic Games.
The 2022 Beijing News Center will run the four major concepts of "news + service, news + culture, news + technology, news + image" throughout the center's services.
