After nearly 5 hours of flying, but was sent to the hospital for rescue, this common disease is rarely taken seriously!

Spring Festival, back to the long-lost hometown

Being reunited with your family is the biggest expectation of the year

No matter how far apart they are, they can't resist that thought

However, Xiao Zhao's one way home

But he almost lost his life

That year's Spring Festival

Xiao Zhao boarded a plane from Haikou to his hometown of Harbin

After 4 hours and 50 minutes, he was able to see his family

After nearly 5 hours of flying, but was sent to the hospital for rescue, this common disease is rarely taken seriously!

However, what he never thought of was:

The plane landed in Harbin

He suddenly had difficulty breathing and chest pain

Fortunately, after timely rescue, he retrieved a life

The doctor told him:

Sitting for nearly 5 hours slows the blood flow

In the deep veins of his lower legs

Quietly formed a "venous thrombosis"

Immediately after the embolus falls off

Blocked in the pulmonary artery -

A key part of the body that receives oxygen

Let Xiao Zhao close the ghost door for a while

This is a deep vein thrombosis that is rarely noticed

How was it formed?

How sinister is it?

What happens to the body?

"Deep vein thrombosis"

Much less well-known than "heart attack" and "stroke"

However, it is the third largest vascular disease in the world

According to statistics, there are about 10 million [1] people every year

Develops deep vein thrombosis

Its incidence is second only to myocardial infarction and stroke

After nearly 5 hours of flying, but was sent to the hospital for rescue, this common disease is rarely taken seriously!

Blood vessels are like a river

Once the water rheology slows down

"Sediment" is deposited on the walls of blood vessels to form blood clots

So anything that causes a slow flow,

Factors of increased "sediment"

both may induce venous thrombosis

After nearly 5 hours of flying, but was sent to the hospital for rescue, this common disease is rarely taken seriously!

The horror of deep vein thrombosis is:

It can fall off from the site of onset

It also moves with the blood flow to the pulmonary arteries

Pulmonary embolism is formed

Thrombus shedding

Blocks important blood vessels in the lungs

The trachea equivalent to the human body is blocked

Gas exchange with the outside world is blocked

Oxygen cannot enter the body

"Exhaust gas" carbon dioxide cannot be excreted from the body

As a result, people will soon be in danger of life due to lack of oxygen

After nearly 5 hours of flying, but was sent to the hospital for rescue, this common disease is rarely taken seriously!

When a blood clot quietly forms, the body has the following common manifestations:

1. Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities:

The legs are swollen, the surface temperature of the skin will decrease, the skin will be bluish-purple, and in severe cases, there will be pain.

After nearly 5 hours of flying, but was sent to the hospital for rescue, this common disease is rarely taken seriously!

2. Pulmonary embolism[2]:

Sudden dyspnea, or rapid worsening of pre-existing dyspnea, chest pain, hypotension or shock, hemoptysis, and even syncope.

In life, the following conditions, we must be vigilant, may induce deep vein thrombosis [1]:

1. Advanced age and long-term bed rest: Among the elderly over 80 years old, 1 in every 100 people has a deep vein thrombosis. Long-term bed rest is also easy to induce deep vein thrombosis, so the elderly who are bedridden for a long time are at risk.

2. Malignant tumors: patients with malignant tumors themselves are prone to deep vein thrombosis, and the most important prevention method is to treat cancer.

3. Pregnancy and puerperium: In order to effectively stop bleeding when producing and recovering, the body has long generated a lot of substances that help stop bleeding stored in the mother's body, but this is a double-edged sword, which may also lead to deep vein thrombosis. Every mom and baby are lifelong friends.

4. Obesity: Obese people are prone to have three highs: high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high blood lipids, which causes excessive accumulation of "garbage" in blood vessels, such as: atherosclerotic plaques. At the same time, because of lack of exercise, they are more likely than ordinary people to develop deep vein thrombosis.

5. Sedentary for more than 4 hours, the risk of deep vein thrombosis increases.

After nearly 5 hours of flying, but was sent to the hospital for rescue, this common disease is rarely taken seriously!

There is no turning back in time

People who miss it can meet again

But if health is missed, it will be difficult to recover

Healthy lifestyle

Brother Dian knows that it is the part that you least like to hear

But still hope for the new year

You can do it[3]:

1. Exercise regularly, avoid sitting for a long time, and maintain a healthy weight

Maintaining good blood circulation can avoid the risk of thrombosis caused by slow blood flow. For small partners who need to work on the desk, it is recommended to stand up and walk around for 10 minutes every 1 to 2 hours of work; exercise for more than 30 minutes a day.

2. Eat a balanced diet

Recommended: A light diet high in protein, low in fat and low in salt: e.g. eggs, chicken, duck and fish, skim milk.

Try to eat less: Foods rich in fat and sugar: such as fat sheep, elbows, animal offal, high-sugar drinks, desserts.

In particular, it should be noted that fruits, although some fruits contain sugar, but also rich in dietary fiber, vitamins and other nutrients, the daily consumption of 250 ~ 350g / day (about the size of an orange) is more appropriate.

3. Quit smoking and alcohol

Although I have said it many times, the key is to do it in place.

I hope that every time the way home is safe

Hopefully every day a little bit of a change is made
