Sassuolo's official website has announced that they have signed Cervo on loan from Roma until the end of the season. The contract contains a mandatory buyout clause.

The 19-year-old Cervo, who plays as a striker and was previously loaned to Samp, has made 10 Serie A appearances this season but has not scored.
