On Wednesday's fourth-quarter conference call, Tesla CEO Elon Musk focused his research and development efforts on the Optimus humanoid robot this year, saying that no new models will be launched this year, nor is he working on a $25,000 affordable model, and confirmed that production of cybertruck pickup trucks has been postponed until 2023.

This disappointed many investors who were expecting Musk to "update the product roadmap", who had expected to buy Musk to announce good news about Cybertruck, Semi semi-trailers and future product plans.
