Like Kyle Wyman's King of the Baggers Road Glide Special, the Road Gliding ST and The Avenue Gliding ST were also upgraded with a number of performance components. The same Scenamin' Eagle 131ci engine is not installed, but the new ST model is equipped with the Milwaukee-8 117 V-Twin engine, which features a high-flow intake, high-performance camshafts and new exhaust, offering the same level of performance as its CVO model, delivering 106 horsepower and 127 pound-feet of torque.

The engine side covers are blackened, contrasting with the chrome pushrod tubes and machined cylinder fins, plus the matte deep bronze finish and the same bronze color on the wheels, complementing the new color scheme.

Other upgrades include a preload-adjustable rear shock absorber for longer strokes that offer 3 inches of travel (compared to 2.1 inches for regular road gliding and boulevard glides). If you're still too short, Harley also offers the Ohlins-designed Screen' Eagle shock absorber, the same shock used on Wyman racing.
