Global wiring | thousand years of Tibetan embroidery: "thorn" breaks the inheritance dilemma and weaves the dream of getting rich

Originating in the ninth century AD, Tibetan embroidery, together with thangka and pile embroidery, is known as the three major arts of Tibetan Buddhism, and is one of the most distinctive embroidery schools in the traditional culture of ethnic minorities in China. In recent years, under the guidance and support of the local government, many Tibetan embroidery folk artists in Qinghai have walked out of the pastoral areas and begun to break into the market. The Tibetan embroidery of "Raising in the Deep Boudoir" is made into clothing decoration paintings, ornaments, thangkas and other products, and is exported to the United States, Nepal, Thailand, Iran and other places. Nowadays, many places have formed a development format of "company + farmer", and Tibetan embroidery has become a craft for folk artists to work at home and increase their income.
