A long scroll not only shows the evolution and survival of the giant panda over the past 8 million years from the Cenozoic, early and late Pleistocene, Holocene to human prehistory.
There are also the most representative national costumes and scenic spots in 13 counties (cities) of Aba Prefecture, which are also perfectly integrated into the picture.
Aba Prefecture is not only the "residence" of the giant pandas, but also the "hometown" of the giant pandas, and their roots may be deeper than imagined.
It has the largest population of wild and captive giant pandas in the mainland, and also has the largest and most reasonable captive population of giant pandas in the world. In 2006, the Jiajin Mountains, Wolong and Siguniang Mountains in Sichuan were listed as the habitats of the Sichuan giant pandas as World Natural Heritage.
In 2021, the Giant Panda National Park was officially established, and the Aba area of the Giant Panda National Park spanned the Minshan Mountains and the Qionglai Mountains, integrating 14 protected areas in 4 counties of Maoxian, Songpan, Jiuzhaigou and Wenchuan, accounting for 21.9% of the total area of the country, and 330 pandas were included in the Giant Panda National Park, accounting for 17.7% of the number of wild giant pandas in the country.
The giant panda is the most representative natural and cultural symbol of Aba Prefecture, a pure land on earth, and Aba Prefecture also provides a unique geographical environment and natural ecological resources for the giant panda to survive and reproduce.
Through the thangka scroll, the eyes fall into Aba Prefecture. We can see the Aba Yellow River prairie vividly painted, and the vast wilderness and the vast blue sky naturally blend into a harmonious whole.
We can see Jiuzhaigou, the "fairyland of the world", where the blue and clear sea lies quietly among the green forests, which is as beautiful as a fairyland.
You can see the Yellow Dragon of the "Yellow Dragon of the Holy Land of Yao Pond in the World", hundreds of color pools are stacked and spread, the breeze is light, and the waves are sparkling.
You can see the "Oriental Holy Mountain, Outdoor Paradise" Siguniang Mountain, the clouds and mist rise, from the forest to the top of the mountain, the green blown by the spring breeze continues to spread upward.
You can see the "nearest and farthest" Dagu Glacier, the foot of the mountain is full of spring, and the top of the mountain is still with ice, snow and frost.
There are also countless mountain lakes, grassland rivers, primeval forests, canyons and strange rocks...... Interwoven into a beautiful scenic spot, painted into the natural ecological map of Aba Prefecture.
