Xiangshawan is a national 5A-level tourist attraction and a national cultural industry demonstration base, and the zero emission and zero fuel advantages of smart electric vehicles will help protect the green ecology in the desert.

On December 18, 2021, NIO officially launched the Clean Parks Ecological Co-construction Plan to support the use of smart electric vehicles, the construction of clean energy infrastructure, and the construction of a clean and low-carbon energy self-circulation system in nature reserves around the world. In 2021, NIO has participated in the ecological protection of Sansha City, Sanjiangyuan National Park, Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park and Everest Area in Hainan Province.
