According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, the Central Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning of blizzard at 6 o'clock on January 27: It is expected that from 8 o'clock on January 27 to 8 o'clock on the 28th, there will be heavy to blizzard in parts of eastern Tibet, southeastern Gansu, south-central Shaanxi, western Henan, most of Hubei, northern Hunan and central Anhui, of which there will be heavy blizzard (20 to 22 mm) in the southwest of Hubei. In some of the above areas, the depth of snow has increased by 4 to 8 centimeters, and the local area can reach more than 10 centimeters.
