If things are slow, they are round, and when they are slow, they are clear. Give yourself some time, slow down your mindset, and when the situation becomes clearer, it is not too late.

Writer Chen Cang once told a story.

A farmer's yard had open front and back doors, and my father planted poplar trees at the back door, and some stone materials for building a house were placed under the trees. Passers-by will always sit on the stone to escape the heat, using the poplar tree as their horse stake. In this way, the family had to clean up horse manure and cow dung every day.

The son could not stand it, protested, and asked his father to tie a vicious dog to scare passers-by away. Father, however, felt that there was no need, and still cleaned up the feces every day, stored dry dung cakes, and provided cool whites for passers-by to let them rest.

Waiting for the winter, in order to drive away the cold, other families either spend money to buy charcoal or go around collecting firewood, but this family has plenty of dung cakes to burn. The family talked and laughed around the stove, and at this moment, the son finally understood his father's original intentions.

Many times, what we do in the present moment may not be rewarded, but these are not useless efforts. Take a long-term view, do not have to fight for the day, just in the infiltration of time, the process is perfect. Those seeds sown in the spring, wait until autumn, have their own meaning to emerge.

This is the wisdom of "slow things are round".

On the way of life, there are always people who want to take shortcuts and cut corners, and the efforts they make are eager to get rewards in the next second. However, true wise people will take a long-term view, not for the sake of temporary gain, and tangle in small things.

The wood carver took full view of the reaction of the two people and said slowly: "No hurry, before the lecture, you will first make a solid ball with rosin wood carving, and then come to me." ”

After listening, the boss rushed to work, and after a while brought back a small ball with a rough surface. After three hours, the second elder slowly came out of the room, and the small ball in his hand was not only smooth, but even the wooden thorns on the surface were removed.

Two balls are placed together, which is good or bad, you can see it at a glance. And the boss who used to be taller than the second old man, his face was red.

At this time, the woodcarver said in a serious tone, "The last skill I taught you is called slow work." ”

In the "Cai Gen Tan", it is written: "Those who are in a hurry are not white or self-explanatory, and do not be impatient to be angry." The so-called "things are lost in a hurry, and the reasons are slowed down" is precisely to warn us that only by not being in a hurry, not panicking, thinking deeply, and looking at the overall situation can we grasp the direction of the whole game.

Be prepared at the beginning of the development of things to avoid the trap mistakes, meet them with ease, and dismantle them one by one.

Zhu Ziqing said: "Seeking near merit without patience is really a reckless mentality. "Life is like a marathon, we can't run to the end in one go. The more impetuous you are, the easier it is to fall in the middle.

There is a saying: "Words are late and rich, but if you are tight, you will be poor." "It's not that if we talk slowly, we can get rich, and if we walk fast, we become poor, but we have to learn to take it slowly."

Things should be done slowly, and the heart should be calm. Only in this way can we not be trapped in the heart, not chaotic, and leisurely stroll on the road of life.
