Microsoft previously revealed that the subscribers of Xbox Game Pass have increased to 25 million, mainly thanks to Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5. Microsoft said the former had more than 20 million players and the latter more than 18 million.

In addition, Office performed well in the quarter, with commercial product and cloud services revenue up 14% year-over-year. Microsoft 365 Consumer Subscribers grew to 56.4 million, up nearly 20 percent year-over-year, and Microsoft will continue to try to entice consumers to use products like Office subscription services and Microsoft Teams. Microsoft's server products and cloud services revenue increased 29% year-over-year, primarily due to growth in Revenue from Azure and other cloud services.

While Microsoft's earnings data is good, its stock price has fallen after the announcement, because the revenue growth rate of Azure-related services is lower than expected, which has caused concerns.
