Yesterday the designers shared a list of changes planned for version 12.3, and today they brought detailed changes, which are somewhat different from yesterday's list.

Three-Ring Damage: 20-175 reduced to 10-165

Bugs about glacier amplification have been fixed;
Hero Tweaks:
Ali:
Killing a creep or monster will provide a Shard of Essence to Abeaver, and after obtaining 9 shards, it can heal Abury with 40-120 (+25% AP) health.
If a hero who has been injured by Aku is killed within 3 seconds, Aku will enjoy their essence and heal 80-200 (+35% AP) health;
All skins will receive new visual effects of the treatment effect;
Mana Cost: 65-85 adjusted to 60-100;
W Skill: Demon Foxfire
Base Damage: 40-140 increased to 60-160
Mana Cost: 45 reduced to 25
Xenomorph Duration: 5 seconds Reduced to 2.5 seconds

Duration: 10 seconds increased to 15 seconds;
New - While spirit raids are active, use passively depleting heroes' essences to extend their reforging duration to up to 10 seconds, and provide additional spirit raid layers (up to 3 layers to store);
Visual effects sharpness adjustments and added prompters;

Passive will get more continuous decay of the movement speed bonus;

The Power of Three Phases:
Health: 200 increased to 300
Triple Strike - If the target is a hero, the base attack damage is reduced by 6% to 3%;
Straker's Challenge Handguard:
Remove: Healing effect
New Passive: Gain an additional attack damage equivalent to 40% of the base attack damage
Duration: 4s Reduced to 3.75s (attenuated)
Shield Value: 100+8% Max Health Adjusted to 75% Extra Health;
Dance of Death:

Damage Reduction Type: Physical Damage Adjusted to Physical and Magic Damage

Healing Effect: 15% MAX Health adjusted to 175% Additional AD
Healing Mechanic: Participate in kills or assists Adjusted to heroes you have hurt are killed in 3 seconds. When a shield is on the body, the healing effect can also be triggered;
