This new museum, "small office area, large space for activities", maximizes the protection of the group culture activity space. In the first "Happy Binzhou Spring Festival Cultural Club" - the Spring Festival series of activities of the Binzhou City Cultural Center, the Spring Festival Calligraphy Competition, the display of intangible cultural heritage projects, photography exhibitions, art exhibitions, as well as classical dance, square dance, fitness balls and other training classes were designed, which ignited the flame of the New Year.

Among the more than 1500 pieces (sets) of folk art collections, 5 Binzhou cloth tigers are exhibited in the "C position".
