Pu opera master Wang Xiulan
Li Erlao, also known as Li Yi monk, is called Li Erlao because of the ranking of the two oldest people. During the Xinhai Revolution, he followed Zhang Fengqi in opposing the Qing Dynasty and served as the deputy director of the provincial governor's office. Later, because of his dislike of officialdom, he specialized in opera activities and was a well-known ticket holder in Xi'an. His family is rich, but most of them are used in the opera business, and he has funded many actors to embark on the road to fame, which can be called an enthusiastic theater activist. Pu Opera had given birth to the famous Yan Fengchun and the Famous Danjiao master Wang Xiulan, who had been promoted and cultivated by him.
In 1938, Wang Xiulan was only six or seven years old, and because she often played in the Pu Opera Club, she was looked at by Li Yisheng. Once, Xi'an Tangfeng Society performed "Water Man Jinshan Temple", lacking a small actor who played a conch, Li Yisheng recommended Wang Xiulan. However, in a scene of "Water Bucket", the young Xiulan actually fell asleep in the background with the mussel shell, and wang Xiulan could not be found on the scene, which could make everyone anxious. After waking her up, she went on the field as soon as she opened her eyes, but she was not afraid of the stage at all, not only did not run the wrong round field, but also used her eyes to play. Li Yisheng was greatly surprised and thought that this child would definitely have amazing achievements in opera performances in the future. Since then, Li Yisheng has taught Wang Xiulan plays such as "Yutang Spring", "Jin Yu Nu", and "Shui Man Jinshan Temple" by dictation method, laying the foundation for Wang Xiulan to embark on the road of opera.

Yan Fengchun, whose original name was Dai Rong, had a small reputation as early as Shanxi, and came to Xi'an Jinfeng Society to act in 1937 to avoid war and chaos. His acting skills and singing voice were very appreciated by Li Yisheng, but later his voice was broken, and he planned to abandon his art and make a living in business. Li Yisheng was very sorry and decided to pull him along. He invited Yan to his home and said with concern, "The golden stone can be skeletonized, and the dead wood is spring." As long as you are determined to practice, there is hope. Li Yisheng's few words suddenly lit up Dai Rong's heart. Li Yisheng immediately renamed Dai Rong "Feng Chun". Since then, Yan Fengchun has moved to Li's garden. Li also hired a Peking Opera instructor for him to practice his voice and exercises. For a whole year, he had little contact with the outside world, and his voice was finally practiced, and he also practiced a special skill- hat wing gong. On the day of the Duanyang Festival that year, he re-appeared on the stage of the Jinfeng Society to perform "Killing Yi", which suddenly caused a sensation in the ancient city of Xi'an.
