"Beautiful Life" is based on Huang Wenxiu, an outstanding communist party member and model of the times. Huang Wenxiu, who graduated from Beijing Normal University with a master's degree, did not choose to stay in a big city with many job opportunities and good future development, resolutely returned to his hometown, and in 2018 served as the first secretary of Baixiao Village in Baiyi Village, Baise Leye County, Guangxi, helping the village to introduce sugar orange planting technology and teaching villagers to develop the e-commerce industry; Coordinate the establishment of multiple garbage pools. During Huang Wenxiu's tenure, 103 poor households in Baixiao Village successfully lifted 88 households out of poverty, and the income of the village's collective economic projects doubled. In the early morning of June 17, 2019, Huang Wenxiu was tragically killed by a sudden flash flood and was only 30 years old.
