Arsenal Winter Training Details: Aubameyang will not be in attendance; Edu will remain in the UK to handle transfer operations

According to the London Evening Standard, Aubameyang will not participate in Arsenal's winter training in Dubai, and technical director Edu will stay in the UK to handle the team's transfer operations.

Arsenal will head to Dubai for winter training, which runs until next Wednesday. Arsenal players were given a few days of rest before winter training began in Dubai. Some of the players have flown to Dubai for a vacation before winter training begins.

The Gunners want to take a squad of about 30 people to Dubai, where some injured players are undergoing rehabilitation, such as Fuan Jianyang, who may follow the team to winter training. This is similar to the situation of Tierney et al. in 2020, when Tierney et al. also traveled to Dubai to continue their rehabilitation.

Arsenal are in the process of confirming a squad for winter training and the team's U18 players could face some problems as not all players have already been vaccinated against COVID-19. Aubameyang has not played for the club since last month and is not expected to follow the team for winter training.

Team technical director Edu and football operations director Richard Garrick plan to stay in the UK to handle possible transfer operations deals. If new players are signed, Arsenal will try to take them to Dubai for the team's winter training.

Arsenal are struggling to bring in new signings, but of all the trades that could happen so far, New England Revolutionary goalkeeper Matt Turner's move is the best-working and his arrival will certainly pave the way for Leno's departure. Back in England, Arsenal will take part in a closed friendly on 10 February.

Arsenal have a lot of fixtures to reschedule due to game delays, one of which could be confirmed soon after the Gunners return from Dubai, and that's their Premier League event at home against Wolves.
