According to reports, Barca wanted to purge Aubameyang because of his high salary, but this seemed like a plan.
When Aubameyang signed for Barca, most were surprised that they gave him a 3-year contract.

The list includes: Aubameyang, Ter Stegen, Neto, Dembele, Dester, Mingesa, Lenglet, Umtiti, Puke, Bresvet, Pique, Alves, Alba, Busquets, Roberto, Depay, Luke De Jong, Traore, Frenchi De Jong and 6 loanees: Trincon, Manay, Pianić, Coutinho, Collado and Peña.
That would leave only six players left in the squad – Eric Garcia, Araujo, Pedri, Garvey, Gonzalez and Ferran Torres.
It's a bit brutal for Oba, after all, he has scored many goals for Barca. I don't think they should be in a hurry to sell it.
