Meet the snow and ice, come together to | the Winter Olympics micro-class How to understand the ski jump that can "fly"?

Originating in Norway, ski jumping is a sport that allows people to experience "flying", unlike traditional snow sports. So, how does ski jumping make people "fly"?

Ski jumpers need to pedal special skis, without any external force, from the starting platform, get high speed on the ski helper, fly out of the end of the platform, lean forward at an acute angle with the ski, fly in the air along the parabola, after landing on the landing slope, continue to glide until the stop zone stops.

The biggest feature of ski jumping is high, dangerous and fast, mainly including four technical points of skiing, jumping, air flight and landing. In order to obtain a faster initial speed at the starting end and extend the distance in the air, the athlete should follow the auxiliary slide to assist the ski. The most important thing after the ski is the take-off, and the quality of the jumping action directly determines the athlete's performance.

As the basic technical point of ski jumping, air flight not only puts forward higher requirements for athletes' balance and control, but also requires athletes to have enough courage and courage. During the flight, athletes should be bold and composed, and can reduce wind resistance through the "V" shaped posture, provide more lift, and control the balance of the body by swinging the arm.

When landing, it should be elastic and stable. The whole set of movements should be consistent and done in one go, so that the athlete can get a high score.
