(1) The area west of Shigu River, north of Hubin Avenue (including Hubin Avenue), east of Guanxi River, and south of Liwu Expressway (including Zhao Village, Huaben Village, Chunxi Subdistrict);
(2) Enterprises and construction sites in Gaochun Economic Development Zone, east of Shiguhe River, south of Fengshan Road, west of Yongcheng Road (excluding Dingtan Village and Xiajiadao Natural Village), and east extension of Hubin Avenue to Zhifu Road, Wutai Road and North of Huashan Road (including roads above), it is forbidden for any unit or individual to sell and set off fireworks and firecrackers throughout the year.
