At the beginning of 2022, the digital art trading center under the Hainan International Cultural and Art Trading Center (Haiwenjiao) signed a contract with Hangzhou Manlian Wenlian Technology Co., Ltd. (Comic Alliance) to jointly build the first digital art trading platform "DAW Digital Property Rights Trading Platform" in China that can be transferred in compliance with the approval of the Hainan Provincial Financial Bureau.
It is understood that the "international digital artwork" transaction includes the digital voucher transaction of physical artwork, the digital property rights transaction of physical artwork, the transaction of native digital artwork, and the transaction of property rights of native digital artwork, and the approval of the Financial Bureau has laid a key foundation for the future development of Haiwen Jiaotong's "international digital artwork business", so that Haiwen Jiaotong has seized the commanding heights and opportunities in the wave of digital economy.
It is reported that Haiwenjiao was established in November 2020, approved by the Hainan People's Political Affairs FU and approved by the Hainan Provincial Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau, with online and offline art trading qualifications, and is a pilot project and core enterprise of the National Nanhai Wenbo Industrial Park. CcCC promotes the construction of an online international art trading platform and offline artworks in the functions of central business, traceability, integration, data, arbitration, logistics, etc., to provide international art industry chain services, strive to build a trillion-level art trading platform, and form the "Hainan Index" for international art transactions.
In October 2021, Haiwen Jiaotong launched China's first tradable NFT platform "Together NFT" APP to promote the orderly circulation and trading of high-quality digital artworks around the world and help the digital culture industry prosper. In November 2021, with the approval of the Hainan Provincial Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau, The Hainan International Cultural and Artistic Art Trading Center (Haiwenjiao) took the lead in China to become an exchange that can carry out "international digital art" trading business.
