The Paper learned from the video conference that China comprehensively expounded its principled position on the issue of traceability of the new crown virus, saying that recently the United States and other countries have used the issue of traceability of the new crown virus to manipulate public opinion, reverse right and wrong, and try to engage in the "presumption of guilt", and the intention to smear China with stolen goods is clearly revealed, seriously interfering with and undermining the global anti-epidemic struggle and international cooperation.

In this regard, the leaders of the Arab political parties and organizations unanimously said that the traceability of the virus must adhere to the scientific standard, and individual countries must use the traceability of the virus to stigmatize and label other countries, aiming to shift the responsibility for their own ineffective fight against the epidemic and achieve the political purpose of suppressing and containing other countries.

In a video interview with the media, including The Paper, Mohammed Alush, member of the Political Bureau of the Palestinian People's Struggle Front, said in a video interview after the meeting that political parties can play a role in building consensus in the global fight against the epidemic. He believes that political parties in Arab countries are willing to work with the Chinese Communist Party to jointly deal with the politicization and stigmatization of the epidemic in the United States.

More than three hours of conversation, gathering consensus

According to a number of media reports, at present, the "confidential report" on the source of the new crown virus concocted by the US intelligence service is placed in front of US President Biden. Earlier, Biden issued a public statement ordering U.S. intelligence agencies to produce a credible study within 90 days to confirm whether the outbreak originated in a chinese laboratory or spread from animals to humans.

At present, the full content and conclusions of the report have not been officially made public. According to media reports, the White House said it would take days for the unclassified version to be released to the public. According to people familiar with the matter, the report did not form a definite conclusion in the end, nor was it possible to draw a scientifically credible conclusion.

It was in this context that on August 25, the Central Liaison Department hosted a briefing on the traceability of the new crown virus, which held a video conference with the leaders of political parties and organizations in several Arab countries.

The surging news noted that the number of people who spoke at the meeting was large, in addition to the relevant responsible persons of the Central Liaison Department, more than 20 foreign guests expressed their views, and the entire video conference was held for more than three hours.

At the meeting, The Chinese side comprehensively expounded its principled position on the issue of traceability of the new crown virus, saying that recently the United States and other countries have used the issue of traceability of the new crown virus to manipulate public opinion, reverse right and wrong, and try to engage in the "presumption of guilt", and the intention to smear China with stolen goods is clearly revealed, which seriously interferes with and undermines the global anti-epidemic struggle and international cooperation. China resolutely opposes the politicization of the issue of traceability, uses the epidemic to stigmatize and label, and is willing to work with Arab countries to jointly safeguard international fairness and justice, gather positive forces for anti-epidemic cooperation, and make new contributions to mankind's final victory over the epidemic.

The leaders of the Political Parties and organizations on the Arab side unanimously stated that the traceability of the virus must adhere to the scientific standard, and some countries have used the traceability of the virus to stigmatize and label other countries, aiming to shift the responsibility for their own ineffective fight against the epidemic, achieve the political purpose of suppressing and containing other countries, seriously damage the scientific nature of the traceability work, and undermine the overall situation of the global fight against the epidemic. Arab political parties and organizations call on all countries that uphold justice to join forces in the fight against traceable politicization.

The Afghan side said that since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, China has shared its prevention and control experience with the international community, including Arab countries, provided various anti-epidemic assistance in a timely manner, and taken the lead in carrying out the world's largest vaccine cooperation action, making important contributions to the global fight against the epidemic. The Afghan side firmly opposes the use of virus traceability to smear and suppress China, and looks forward to the Chinese side continuing to provide anti-epidemic support and assistance to the Afghan side.

Oppose the politicization of viral traceability, they say

On related issues, a number of foreign guests also gave interviews to the media, including The Paper, after the meeting.

Mohamed Mercerini, a member of the Politburo of the Tunisian People's Movement Party and former minister of trade, greatly appreciated China's efforts in fighting the epidemic and tracing the origin of the virus. He believes that all of China's practices and achievements are in stark contrast to some Western countries. "For the United States, this is not the first time they have used humanitarian issues to carry out hegemonism." He said.

Speaking of China's important role in the global fight against the epidemic, Mohammed Messerini said that China has provided anti-epidemic assistance to many developing countries, and China has provided a lot of vaccine assistance to the people in these countries and regions. Tunisia supports the tireless efforts to help with global anti-epidemic cooperation and the scientific traceability of the virus.

"Some Western countries, led by the United States, are trying to thwart China's efforts to fight the epidemic in order to achieve the goal of dominating the world and controlling the people of other countries." Mohammed Allush, member of the Politburo of the Palestinian People's Struggle Front, pointed out that under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, China has achieved great success and victory in the fight against the epidemic, but the United States has been smearing China. In order to prevent another rebound of the epidemic, we must form a consensus to counter the US attempt to politicize the epidemic and to break their smear of China.

Almost all foreign guests mentioned the importance of scientific traceability. Muhammad Messerini believes that the top priority of virus traceability is to be scientific, and it is necessary to trace the origin in a scientific way on the basis of ensuring the safety of people's lives. In various countries, whether it is political parties or social organizations, they can convene and convene some meetings, so as not to give the United States the opportunity to use the epidemic to carry out hegemonism, but also to avoid the United States using the epidemic as a means to control the world economy.

Yahya Ahmed Wagoff, vice president of mauritania's Union for the Republic, also believes that a better way to deal with the epidemic is that countries should strengthen consultation and cooperation, should respond in a scientific way, away from all political factors, and cooperation is a way we should promote.

"It is necessary to learn from China's anti-epidemic experience and learn from China's attitude and position of seeking truth from facts and transparency to fight the epidemic." Mohammed Alush said that in order to learn from China's experience, we can convene more such multilateral meetings to clarify the responsibilities of political parties in the process of fighting the epidemic, find more consensus, and strengthen cooperation.

Sarah Salvi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Egypt, said that political parties can play a role in revealing the truth, because political parties can directly contact the people, provide more information to the people, and even correct some false rumors. Now that some Western countries are smearing China on the traceability of the virus, political parties can convey a correct position to the people and introduce them to the correct concepts and concepts of the traceability of the virus.
