Feng Xinqing, former director of the Guangxi Hepu County Market Development Service Center, was investigated by the Hepu County Supervision Commission and transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution on December 30, 2021.
After trial, it was ascertained that from 2013 to 2021, Feng Xinqing (male, 55 years old, at the level of section chief) took advantage of his position as the director of the Hepu County Market Development Service Center to seek benefits for others, and successively accepted a total of more than 2 million yuan from others.
The case was reviewed and prosecuted by the Hepu County Procuratorate and is currently being handled.
