In order to solidly promote the road traffic safety work of the 2022 Spring Festival in the city, according to the spirit of Lu Bus [2022] No. 1 document, combined with the arrangement of two plenary office meetings of the Office of the Spring Festival Work Leading Group of the Detachment, the Legal Affairs Section of the Detachment organized the city's public security traffic police to hold a special training meeting on the legal system of the Spring Festival work on the afternoon of January 19.
Before the training meeting, Comrade Hu Xuping, chief of the legal section of the luliang traffic police detachment, made a brief mobilization speech, and then the two comrades of the legal department of the detachment, Wang Haijun and Liu Zefeng, and Shi Zhigang, a technician of the law enforcement recorder manufacturer, gave a detailed explanation on the "Regulations on the Use of Law Enforcement Recorders in the Traffic Police System", "Standardized Use of Common Legal Documents used by public security traffic police", "4G Law Enforcement Recorder Actual Combat Operation and Daily Use and Maintenance" and other contents, the training content was concise and pragmatic, practical and highly targeted. It provides professional theoretical support for the road duty law enforcement activities of the vast number of spring festival workers participating in the war and the auxiliary police. During the training period, the order of each venue was good, all the participants listened carefully to the lectures, and the special training achieved good results.
After the training meeting, Comrade Hu Xuping, chief of the legal system section of the Luliang Traffic Police Detachment, conveyed the spiritual instructions for the standardization of law enforcement recently issued by the higher-level public security organs to all the participants, and further clarified the detailed rules for the adjustment of the scoring index score of the team management system. At the same time, all participants are required to quickly convey the training content to every civilian auxiliary police officer involved in the security work of the Spring Festival, and further standardize the law enforcement behavior in strict accordance with the training content, and escort the road traffic safety work of the Spring Festival in 2022 with a professional business level and a dedicated work attitude.
The training meeting was held in the form of video, with the main venue on the fourth floor of the detachment organ and the sub-venue set up by the traffic police brigades of 12 counties and cities at the grass-roots level. 68 people, including the detachment order section, the accident section, the command center, the accident brigade, the directly subordinate brigades, the heads of the squadrons and the business backbone, attended the meeting at the main venue of the detachment, and 279 people from the leaders of the traffic police brigades of various counties and cities, the rule of law, the order, the accident, and the leaders of the squadrons and the backbone of the operation attended the meeting at each sub-venue. A total of 347 people attended the training, covering all units and departments involved in the Spring Festival road traffic safety work in the city.
