A few days ago, the Linwu County Discipline Inspection Commission Supervision Commission conducted a case review and investigation of Luo Fangjun, general manager and chairman of the board of directors of Linwu County Shun'an Min Explosive Equipment Monopoly Co., Ltd. (general manager of Linwu County Former Material General Company), for serious violations of discipline and law.

After investigation, Luo Fangjun violated the spirit of the eight provisions of the central authorities by privately taking public ownership, illegally accepting gifts and gifts that might affect the fair performance of official duties, giving gifts and gifts to personnel engaged in public service in violation of regulations, and accepting red envelope gifts from non-relatives in the course of handling his daughter's wedding celebrations; violating organizational discipline and failing to truthfully explain problems to the organization when conducting correspondence; violating honesty and discipline by reimbursing personal mobile phone communication service fees in violation of regulations; violating state laws and regulations by overtaking 3 children in family planning and privately setting up a "small treasury." As a member of the Communist Party of China and a leading cadre of a state-owned enterprise, Luo Fangjun has lost his ideals and convictions, betrayed his original mission, and has a weak sense of discipline and law, and he still does not restrain or rein in his hands after the Eighteenth and Nineteenth National Congresses of the Party, seriously violating party discipline and state laws and regulations, constituting a violation of the law and suspected of committing a crime, which is of a bad nature and serious circumstances, and should be dealt with severely. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on The Punishment of Public Employees in Government Affairs," and the "Several Provisions on the Honest Practice of Leading Personnel of State-Owned Enterprises," after studying at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Linwu County, it was decided to give Luo Fangjun the punishment of expulsion from the party and confiscate his gains from violating discipline and the law; his administrative department would terminate his labor relations; his suspected criminal issues would be transferred to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution according to law, and the property involved in the case would be transferred with the case.
