Defendant Dong stole the sika deer hunted by defendant Huang, worth 30,000 yuan, a relatively large amount, and his conduct also constituted the crime of theft.
In the end, the Dongning Municipal Court convicted the defendant Dong Mou of endangering precious and endangered wild animals and sentenced him to two years' imprisonment and a fine of 20,000 yuan; for theft, he was sentenced to one year and eight months in prison and fined 20,000 yuan. It was decided to carry out the fixed-term imprisonment of three years and six months and impose a fine of 40,000 yuan. Defendant Huang Committed the crime of endangering precious and endangered wild animals and was sentenced to two years' imprisonment and fined 20,000 yuan.
