According to the current epidemic prevention and control situation, since 00:00 on January 21, 2022, Yanliang District and the aviation base have resumed normal production and living order in an all-round and orderly manner under the premise of strictly implementing various normalized epidemic prevention and control measures. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Citizens in the jurisdiction enter and exit the community (village) with the "one code pass" green code, and they are active within the jurisdiction, and they will no longer check the 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate. Please consciously implement personal protection measures, strictly implement prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, scanning codes, and wearing masks, resolutely do not get together, do not gather, and maintain frequent hand washing, regular ventilation, "one meter line" and other lifestyles. Do not travel to medium- and high-risk areas unless necessary.
Second, strictly implement the requirements for external defense input. Personnel and vehicles returning to their own communities (village groups) and units outside Xi'an City should carefully check the health code, itinerary code and 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate.
