Today (January 20), Xi'an Chang'an District and Yanta District have successively announced that some communities and streets in the area have been adjusted from sealing and control areas to control areas.
The 16 sealing and control areas in Chang'an District were adjusted to control areas
In accordance with the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council and the requirements of the province and municipality on the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in the community, combined with the epidemic prevention and control situation in Chang'an District, Xi'an, with the consent of the Chang'an District New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command, it was decided to adjust the 16 communities and villages in Weiqu Street and Guodu Street from the sealing and control area to the control area from january 20, 2022. Other regional control measures remain unchanged.
As of 8:00 a.m. on January 20, 2022, the 45 sealing and control areas in Chang'an District (weiqu and Guodu streets) have been downgraded to control areas (see the table below for a detailed list). At present, there is only 1 sealing area left in the whole district.
In Yanta District, 42 sealing and control areas have been adjusted to control areas
From 00:00 on January 20, 42 sealing and control areas, including the Chunlin Community of Chunlin Community of Qujiang Street and the Jiaxinyuan Community of Yongfu Community of Xiaozhai Road Street under the jurisdiction of Yanta District, were adjusted to control areas.
