On the road to getting old, cherish the rest of your life

author:Suit ruffian

Red dust is like a dream, the years are like songs, time and shade fly by with the flowing water, and time is like a white colt passing through the gap. Autumn and winter come, and the snow turns white. We always think that coming to Japan is long and the future can be expected, but time has changed the face, and the wind and frost have soaked the sideburns.

The heavens and the earth, the anti-journey of all things; the time and the yin, the passers-by of the hundred generations. And aren't you and I just passers-by of time? Buddha: Three thousand prosperous, at the snap of a finger. Just between the low eyebrows, youth becomes a story, the past becomes a landscape, and we have become storytellers, telling the fate of the past.

Life is a journey, the calmness of the mountains, the clarity of the water and the water, whether it is warm or prosperous, in the end they tend to be flat, they have experienced the cold and warm of human feelings, they have felt the joys and sorrows, and we have finally learned to look down on the vicissitudes of the world and see the impermanence of gathering and dispersion.

At a certain age, begin to understand that life is your own and has nothing to do with others. On the way to grow old, learn to pick a meter of warm sun, embrace a poetry, store a wisp of tenderness, borrow an inch of breeze and bright moon, guard a window of the sun, moon and galaxy, give the undulating fireworks of the world, and give the growing old self.

On the way to getting old, please be kind to yourself. Don't be reckless, and don't be willful. Learn to love life and cherish your body. Don't always stay up late, and don't put too much pressure on yourself. Health is 1, everything else is zero, don't damage the body for money, otherwise everything is a mirror flower, water moon, a mirage in the air. Be kind to yourself, starting with loving life and focusing on health.

On the road to getting old, learn to cherish what you have. The fate between people is also this journey, some things, some people, once missed, is forever. There is no rehearsal in life, and there is no chance to start again, just as it is difficult to harvest water and difficult to break the mirror. Whether it is family affection, friendship, or love, it needs to be managed with heart and treated with sincerity.

On the way to getting old, learn to be grateful for the encounter. Life is a wandering journey, no matter who you meet, it is a beautiful accident. Thank you to everyone I met, let me learn to grow, understand what love is; thank the years, let me understand the impermanence of life, must cherish the way forward; thank the time, enrich my experience, experience my body and mind; thank the sun, moon, stars, flowers, birds and trees, and this world, let me absorb the strength and wisdom of the glimmer of progress.

A journey of landscapes and a dream, a period of years and a love, on the way to getting old, learn to see clearly and look down. Forget what should be forgotten, remember what should be remembered, try to let go of what you can't get, and cherish what you have. In the ordinary days, more love, less complaints; more tolerance, less calculation; more indifference, less regret. As Feng Zikai said: See the world with a pure heart, live with joy, have feelings with a normal heart, and remove obstacles with a soft heart."

On the road to getting old, learn to be kind to yourself, with a kind heart, to discover the good, feel the poetry. May we all grow old earnestly, as old as tea, as clear as a silver bowl full of snow; as old as poetry, as quiet as incense on a branch!
