Therefore, Pan Pan and his brother-in-law Wang Wenjun need to jointly bear the civil liability to Li Yongzhi for returning the winning prize 4839775 yuan.
At the same time, for Li Yongzhi's wife who was beaten to the point of miscarriage, the court also sentenced Pan Pan to one year in prison for the crime of story injury.
Things have developed here, and some netizens may feel strange: when Li Yongzhi bets, he has not actually given lottery money, is such a bet effective?
This involves the concept of "entrustment contract". As for the question of whether the entrustment contract is effective, the court has a series of criteria for judging, and it is not entirely based on whether the contract is paid and whether the settlement is completed.
Four: I'd rather go to jail than pay it back!
At this point, many people think it's time to end it. But in fact, although Li Yongzhi's lawsuit was won, the more than 4.8 million people wanted to come back, but it was as difficult as ascending to the sky.
