China Biological Shishou Plasma Station is located on the east side of Shishou Avenue, Jinping Industrial Park, Shishou City. In December 2019, Wuhan Blood Production Company of Sinopharm Group signed the "Investment Contract" with the Administrative Committee of Shishou Development Zone, and the pulp station began planning and construction in January 2020, and the project was completed and accepted on November 12, 2021. After 3 years of preparatory construction, the plasma station with an investment of 50 million yuan covers an area of 33,000 square meters and a construction area of 3,800 square meters.
On December 30, the Provincial Health Commission organized experts in blood management, laboratory construction, clinical testing and other related aspects to conduct professional acceptance of the Shishou Pulp Station, and highly recognized the professionalism and standardization of the hardware environment, equipment facilities and related work of the Shishou Pulp Station, and issued the "Single Plasma Collection License" on January 11, 2022. It marks that the cooperation between central enterprises has reached a new level. It is understood that the plasma station is a high-tech biopharmaceutical enterprise integrating the research and development and production of blood products, and belongs to the state-owned central enterprises. The blood products produced by the company include albumin, immunoglobulin and other 9 varieties and 18 specifications, which bear the social responsibility of providing high-quality blood products for the clinic, and have a good response and reputation in the market. Its establishment has filled the gap in the blood products industry in our city and opened a new journey for the development of the single plasma collection business in Shishou City.
