It is understood that the Yagang (Phase I) condominium housing project is a municipal siege project, located in the south of Yagang Avenue, Shimen Street, Baiyun District, with a total land area of 110,000 square meters, a construction area of more than 280,000 square meters, and a total investment of 2.2 billion yuan.

The project includes 12 high-rise residential buildings and commercial supporting complexes, 1 3-storey kindergarten, 1 2-storey meat and vegetable market, 3 plots are planned to be completed in 2023 and 2024, and will provide 2880 sets of co-ownership housing after completion, helping to alleviate the outstanding housing problems in Guangzhou.

According to nandu reporters previously reported, the project adopted 6 prefabricated construction technologies such as concrete superimposed floor slab technology and prefabricated concrete structure building information model application technology, and the assembly rate reached 52.2%. Jiang Xiaoyun, deputy dean of Guangzhou Urban Construction Vocational College, said that the number of prefabricated construction technologies implemented in the project is large, which can be said to represent the first echelon level of Guangzhou prefabricated construction projects. The Yagang (Phase I) co-ownership housing project is a housing project leased by Zhujiang, a subsidiary of Zhushi Group. According to the relevant person in charge of Pearl River Leasing, in 2021, Pearl River Leasing has completed the annual investment of 9 siege projects, completed the first prefabricated residential pilot project in Guangzhou, the first BIM technology pilot demonstration project Shifeng Road Affordable Housing Project, and launched Guangzhou's first state-owned long-term rental apartment brand "Zhushi Xinyu", supplying more than 6,300 sets of public rental housing, accounting for about 80% of the total supply at the municipal level in 2021. At present, 26 affordable housing communities are under management, and the guarantee benefits more than 200,000 Guangzhou citizens.

In the next step, Pearl River Leasing will focus on promoting the standardization of housing security construction and the informatization of operation and management, and build it into the largest state-owned housing rental platform in Guangzhou, helping to realize the cause of affordable housing in Guangzhou from "living and living" to "living and livable".
