"Every month, the procuratorate will identify a theme to assign procurators to carry out rule of law services." Wang Xiangping told reporters that in 2021, when the Keqiao District Procuratorate examined and prosecuted a case of counterfeiting registered trademarks, producing and selling counterfeit and shoddy products, it found that the two trademarks infringed in the case, "Shaoxing Old Wine" and "Shaoxing Yellow Wine", were legally registered by the Shaoxing Yellow Wine Association and authorized to be used by 14 rice wine enterprises in the city, and other units and individuals were not allowed to use them on similar goods without authorization.

"Not all rice wine is Shaoxing yellow wine." This sentence speaks to the role of the certification mark.

"Based on the public interest litigation function, we actively carry out the procuratorial supervision of the cultural protection of Shaoxing yellow wine brand." Wang Xiangping said that the procuratorial organs have provided procuratorial support for the yellow wine association to sue for trademark infringement civil litigation by providing legal advice, visiting rice wine production enterprises, conducting market investigations, and assisting in evidence collection.

When he met Chen Youliang, the former secretary general of the Rice Wine Association, he was discussing online rights protection with the staff of the Yellow Wine Rights Protection Office.

"The protection of rice wine rights only relies on the strength of the enterprise itself, which is really too weak." Chen Youliang told reporters that thanks to the procuratorial organs' support for prosecution, they helped to crack down on the infringement of the registered trademark of Shaoxing rice wine, which encouraged them and greatly enhanced their confidence in safeguarding their rights.

In the 12309 procuratorial service center, the reporter saw that the "procurator general channel" for legal services involving private enterprises was opened here, and private enterprises can directly reflect the situation to the chief procurator and consult legal issues.

Not long ago, Ms. Zhang, a merchant in the Keqiao Textile City Market, approached the Keqiao District Procuratorate because of the copyright problem of goods, and it was the procurator General Qian Changfu who received her. Qian Changfu carefully recorded the problems he reflected, saying that he would conduct a review according to law and protect the development of private enterprises, "which undoubtedly gave us a 'reassuring pill'." Ms. Zhang said.

The reporter learned that according to the clues provided by Ms. Zhang, the Keqiao District Procuratorate has been reviewing and handling according to law.

Let enterprises find the chief prosecutor, and the chief prosecutor must take the initiative to find the enterprise. A large-scale visit led by the chief procurator visited 12 chambers of commerce, industry associations and 5 towns and streets with an active private economy in the jurisdiction, and issued the "3+2" Work Plan for Serving the Healthy Development of the Private Economy to promote the special procuratorial supervision of private enterprises in a project-based manner.
