It has pointed out the direction for doing a good job in cultural and artistic work and philosophical and social science work in the new era.
Jiang Jingrui, inheritor of intangible cultural heritage seal engraving art, founder of "Historical Grid Seal Engraving", member of the Chinese Science Society, member of the China Yuelian Society, member of the Chinese Poetry Society, visiting professor of the China Environment College, and vice president of the Shoubo Calligraphy and Painting Institute.
The "Historical Record Grid Seal Carving" created by Jiang Jingrui extracts two vertical lines through the strip characteristics of the bamboo and wooden wooden sticks in the history books, and arranges the text in a group of two vertical lines to achieve the meaning of "entering the annals of history" and praise the characters and things, thus sublimating the Ji Rui attribute of seal carving art. It is an upgraded version of the seal engraving art (mainly modeling Chinese characters). It has formed a new shape and spiritual style of Chinese seal carving. It has the aesthetic connotation of exquisite flowing beauty or park thick gao yi plus auspicious and Ruixi.

Main Experience:
Born in 1961 in Wuhan, Hubei Province, to an art family, he inherited his family's studies at an early age, and was good at calligraphy and painting seal carving, and bypassing bamboo, wood and iron pottery and other arts and crafts. During elementary school, he was a small blackboard newspaper painter in the whole school.
From 1982 to 1983, he was responsible for training employees at Wuhan Garden Technology Company in Hubei Province, teaching environmental beautification application techniques.
In 1984, he was engaged in environmental planning and beautification, exhibition planning, calligraphy and painting seal engraving creation and related academic research.
In 1997, he was hired as a visiting professor by China Environmental Management Cadre College.
In 2007 and 2009, he visited Japan and South Korea to investigate and exchange art.
In 2017, he was hired as the vice president of the Shoubo Calligraphy and Painting Institute.
In 2021, he was awarded the title of "Intangible Seal Engraving Art Inheritor" by the China Culture and Art Promotion Association.

In 1985, he sculpted "Portrait of Mr. Lu Xun" for the library square of Tangshan Technical School of the State Building Materials Bureau
In 1995, he wrote and planned the TV specials "Shengdi Jiayuan" and "Danqing Yuren" that were broadcast on many television stations.

In 2016, the exhibition of original poetry and calligraphy and seal engraving was held at the Beijing National Culture Palace. (For many years, he has participated in national calligraphy and painting exhibitions such as National Day, Commemoration of Great Men, and the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and won awards, of which the 2021 Beautiful Chinese Art Exhibition won the gold medal).
