Mu Chunxiao, male, was born in 1964 in Xinji Market, which is known for its "poetry and painting the sea". He is currently a director of the China Artists Association, a professor of Chinese painting at the Beijing Oriental Art Center, the vice president of the Huaxia Landscape Painting Research Association, a member of the Hebei Branch of the China Artists Association, and a painter of the Three Gorges Painting Academy.
