Reasons for choosing an industry
The major of the university is the building decoration materials major, after graduation, I found that the work corresponding to the major is basically outside the province, and needs to do blue collar in the construction frontline, just graduated, I dream of becoming a white-collar worker in a suit and leather shoes, and I can talk in the workplace. Having won the best debater in a college debate competition, I was looking forward to finding a challenging but fast-growing job, so I chose to do sales, and after many choices, I chose to be a real estate agent.

The things that make you remember the most
Before I joined the company, I felt that this industry was simply sales, and I could sell things. However, after joining the company, the company's systematization and specialization made me re-understand the industry, followed by the company's supporting training: industry development history, real estate expertise, real estate policies, real estate talk, system operation, VR house viewing, IM visitors, etc., to learn a lot of knowledge. Even with a weak sense of direction, I went to run the community in the old city over and over again, to hand-draw the area map; the maintenance of the source of housing customers, how to deal with customer problems... In the company's training, the teaching of the master and my unremitting efforts, I have slowly transformed in the industry. From an industry white, a new into the society of the small white, to a fledgling real estate agent, in the third month of my employment, completed their first single second-hand house transaction, customer recognition of me, to my incentive, let me more firm this job I did not choose the wrong, I want to develop in this industry for a long time, and hope that I can become a trump broker.

Expectations for the future
Joined the company for nearly two years, now I will not define myself as a real estate agent, I feel that I am a gold medal real estate consultant in the 4.0 era, I can use my professional knowledge, good service, for customers to settle down in Nanchang, which has also become my motivation to work. In the training empowerment of the shell platform, I have grown from a newly graduated Xiaobai to a gold medal consultant of the whole process, not only completed my own growth, but also led 3 apprentices to successfully turn positive, in this work, I not only harvested a good income, personal growth, self-worth, but also let me find the direction of my own life development.
