On the morning of January 18, the Qingbai Porcelain Professional Committee of the Jingdezhen Oriental Ancient Ceramics Research Association held an annual meeting at the Yun Porcelain Valley Academy in Lishan Mountain, Taoyang. At the meeting, Cao Jianwen, professor and doctoral supervisor of Jingdezhen Ceramic University, believed that in the Song Dynasty, the blue and white porcelain fired by the Jingdezhen official kiln had the characteristics of both blue glazed porcelain and white glazed porcelain, and had become one of the most important kilns in the country in terms of quality and quantity.

Bai Guanghua, an associate researcher at the Jingdezhen Royal Kiln Museum, said that Jingdezhen creatively produced blue and white porcelain, which opened a new chapter in ceramic utensils. Blue and white porcelain integrates southern blue and northern white, which is a perfect interpretation of the craftsman from all directions, and promotes the history of the development of Chinese ceramic science and technology. The production mode of Jingdezhen blue and white porcelain, "farming when busy, making pottery in idle time", is the most efficient and perfect handicraft production mode in the agricultural civilization period. China is a country of agricultural civilization, and Jingdezhen is one of the most developed handicraft cities in ancient times. In this sense, the blue and white porcelain objects produced in Jingdezhen are high-end "native products" that create world civilization and change the eating habits of Western society.
