In the Jiajing and Wanli periods, there were more and more pigments, such as: red, green, yellow, purple, black, peacock green and other pigments, and the decorative techniques were becoming more and more abundant, resulting in "underglaze blue and white five-colored" porcelain and "glaze five-colored" porcelain, forming a colorful "Jiawan five-color".

Jiawan's colorful ornaments are covered with the body, especially the purple-colored blue-blue flower material in the shade, and various pigments on the glaze, forming a visual effect of purple and red, rich and unrestrained.
