Emergency sampling 100,000 fire emergencies
As of the afternoon of January 18, the emergency sampling team of Jing'an District Central Hospital has sent a total of 31 people to support the emergency sampling work outside the hospital, and participated in the nucleic acid sampling of relevant schools, community control personnel, and support staff in the district. After receiving the emergency sampling notice, the team members assembled in half an hour and rushed to the sampling site to sample nucleic acids for the relevant personnel.
Due to the wide scope of this investigation and the large number of units involved, the team members often just completed the sampling work at a point, and received new sampling tasks, facing the responsibility they shouldered, they did not hesitate at all, and immediately rushed to the next "battlefield". The nurses were skilled in sampling techniques, explaining patiently and gently, and completing each sampling task with high quality.
From the school to the community, day to night, although the cold wind was biting and hungry, the team members continued to fight without complaint. They work more than 12 hours a day, early out and night return, wearing stars and wearing the moon has become the norm for the team members, and since accepting the task, more than 10,000 samples have been completed.
In addition to doing a good job in reinforcements outside the hospital, the prevention and control work in the hospital has not relaxed. The hospital strengthened the construction of sampling points in the hospital, increased the preparation of sampling personnel, opened all collection sites, opened full horsepower, and 24-hour nucleic acid sampling did not stop. Due to the sharp increase in the demand for nucleic acid sampling, the sampling point has increased from an average of more than 2,000 samples per day to nearly 5,000 per day during the peak period. Every time the sampling is taken, the sampling personnel must carefully do a good job in the process of information registration, verification, sampling, disinfection, etc., and the entire sampling process is indispensable.
Nucleic acid testing is a race against the clock
The PCR lab is a group of unknown heroes, which is the closest job to the virus and the forefront of epidemic prevention and control. In the case of shortage of manpower, the clinical department of the hospital dispatched 2 comrades to reinforce the nucleic acid testing laboratory of disease control in the district. The three testers who stayed in the hospital's PCR laboratory had been sleeping in the hospital for a week, and they were working around the clock to conduct nucleic acid testing. On the basis of completing the daily fever diagnosis and nucleic acid sampling point sample detection tasks in the hospital, it also undertook the nucleic acid detection of isolation point personnel and sealing and control personnel, and the detection volume soared to 3 times of the usual.
In order to compete with the virus, the nucleic acid test report cannot be delayed for a minute or a second. Sometimes a batch of samples has just been tested, and the next batch has been sent, and the inspectors have stayed up in the testing post sleeplessly to ensure that the test report is issued in the shortest possible time.
