Bai Junkai, male, born on June 17, 1989, is a member of the Communist Party of China, with a bachelor's degree, joined the public security work in August 2009, and is an auxiliary police officer of the Jiaocheng County Public Security Bureau.
Since 13 years from the police, Bai Junkai has been fighting in the forefront of cracking down on illegal crimes, always maintaining the "drilling" strength of being down-to-earth, innovative and enterprising, daring to be the first, and always adhering to the professional ethics of "as long as he is on the job for one minute, he must be dedicated for 60 seconds".
From 2010 to 2011, Bai Junkai led the team to collect clues and extract videos for many times, and successfully arrested 5 criminal suspects, including Zhou Moumou, who had committed more than 70 crimes in Liujiaocheng, Pingyao, Xiaoyi and other places, and more than 70 crimes of flying car robbery. Especially in 2012, when he was patrolling in plain clothes, he caught habitual criminals who were wandering around the city and preparing to carry out flying car robbery, which greatly hit the arrogance of criminals. For many years, there have been no "two robbery" cases on the streets of Jiaocheng.
With excellent business skills, Bai Junkai has successively participated in the investigation of "Song X et al. Ministry Supervision Target Drug Trafficking Case", "You X et al. Ministry Supervision Drug Manufacturing Target Case", "Wang Mousheng et al. Provincial Supervisor Drug Trafficking Target Case", "Li Mougang and Other Ministry Supervisor Drug Trafficking Target Case" and many major cases. He lived up to his trust and led the arresting auxiliary police to crack down on 42 local zero-package drug traffickers, 11 people who were forced to rehabilitate, and more than 50 people in administrative punishment.
On September 17, 2020, when cooperating with the Qingxu County Public Security Bureau to crack down on Hao Moujuan's drug trafficking gang, Bai Junkai personally escorted Hao Moujuan to sit in the arrest center and arrested all 12 drug addicts from Qixian, Wenshui and Qingxu who came to buy drugs, which was unanimously praised by the brother units.
In view of the frequent occurrence of telecommunications network fraud cases, Bai Junkai, in line with the principle of the masses' work without trivial matters, led the team members to actively go deep into the schools, village committees and other places in the jurisdiction, distributed more than 3,000 copies of publicity materials, explained the common sense of anti-fraud on the spot, and taught the masses to download the App of the National Anti-Fraud Center by hand, effectively preventing and reducing the occurrence of telecommunications network fraud cases in the jurisdiction.
Years of hard work, Bai Junkai has also received a large wave of honors. For 10 consecutive years, he has been rated as an advanced individual in the global assessment. In the 2015 Jiaocheng County Huili Township "6.10" forest fire fighting, bai Junkai was awarded the title of "Individual Third Class Merit" and "Excellent Communist Party Member" once by the Jiaocheng County Labor Competition Committee for his outstanding contributions. In 2016, he was named an advanced worker of the city's public security organs; in 2021, he was also named "the top ten patrol guards of the city's public security organs".
