WINWSA is the first award to recognize outstanding female practitioners in the wine industry, with the mission of recognizing and recognizing outstanding female practitioners in the global wine industry who have achieved their own achievements and contributed to the industry, supporting their career ideas, encouraging self-growth and driving change. Since the successful holding of the inaugural Industry Awards 2020, this year it has continued its all-round industry and cross-industry cooperation, engaging in dialogue with other elite women in the industry, aiming to support and expand women's workplace leadership and influence.
WINWSA 2021 expands its horizons with the help of wine industry associations of various countries and regions. During the three months since the nomination was opened, the organizing committee received more than 130 candidate materials from 28 countries and regions. At the same time, more than 40 consultants and jury members of this year's awards are located in all aspects of the wine and spirits industry, from production, marketing, service investment to education and media, and more people from the media, business investment, luxury industry, etc., to ensure the optimization ratio of people inside and outside the industry, and to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the wine industry award from a wider and higher perspective.
WINWSA's 7 categories and 17 awards in 2021 cover wine and spirits production, wine and spirits business, media and publishing, wine and spirits consumption services, wine and spirits education, marketing, and each year's special annual special award, "Vision Award": Sustainable Development, to recognize elite women who have made outstanding contributions to the sustainable development of the wine and spirits industry. After a preliminary scoring and second round of voting, the 18 winners of winwsa in 2021 were finally welcomed.
