How do citizens make a will to dispose of their property?

Article 1133 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China stipulates the rights enjoyed by natural persons in the process of establishing a will and the system of executors:

1. The property disposed of by a natural person in establishing a will is limited to the lawful property of individuals, and if the lawful property of the state, collective, or other third party is used as its own property to establish a will, the disposition of the property involved in the will is invalid and does not have legal effect;

2. A natural person may make a will to distribute his or her property to one or more of the heirs, and to whom the law confers the rights granted to the testator, and no other person has the right to interfere;

3. If a large number of inheritees are involved, an executor may be appointed, and the executor may be the supporter or right holder responsible for the distribution of the estate, and enjoy the right to dispose of or distribute the estate in accordance with the authorization of the heirs;

4. The form in which a natural person sets up a will to dispose of property may also be donated to an individual other than the state, collective, or legal heir, and in the form of promoting the donation of love, he or she will dedicate his property to groups or individuals that have nothing to do with him;

5. Natural persons may establish a testamentary trust in accordance with the law, set up a trust for their own property, and designate beneficiaries to prevent heirs from squandering their wealth;

6. The executor of the will may be a natural person or a practitioner of a designated professional institution.
